A Guys Perspectilve

Well, Most of us guys are proplem solvers. We show our love by solving problems for someone, fixing things... Show us some love by helping us out. Put the date (the wedding date) in the ring and nothing more. The writing is small enough as it is and too much writing we would not be able to read. Even if this helped us remember an anniversarry just one time, it would be worth it.
I have done engraving before. The bigger the letters the longer they will last, because you can engrave deeper. Try to keep the phrase as short as possible. Example replace the word love with the symbol of a heart or a + symbol. Also 10K will last longer than 14K which will last longer than 18K.
Some of the longer phrases make exelent ideas for anniversary gifts. Why not save some of the romance for the anniversary. Want to save some money? Engrave something romantic on the bottom of a prop used in the wedding such as a silver plated flower vase. Hide the vace and then give the vace as next year's anniversay present. (with a note of course; we guys are not going to remember the vase.)
As a guy I started to try and save up for things like a house and childrens education (staying out of debt)even before the wedding. Balancing out showing one's love by saving money with showing one's love by purchasing an engagement can be difficult.
That is why I have made a website to help:
